Özet

Tooth transposition is the positional interchange of two adjacent teeth which may cause esthetic and functional problems. Although its etiology still remains unknown, several factors like genetic transmission and trauma have been associated with tooth transposition. Prevalance of transpositions has been reported as 0.1-0.4%. Maxillary canine is the most effected tooth. Bilateral occurence of the anomaly is extremely rare. In this article two cases of bilateral canine -first premolar transpositionsis presented with clinical and radiographic findings.
