Özet

Two new methods were established for the synthesis of 3-alkyl-4-amino-4, 5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones. The treatment of some 3-alkyl-4-amino-, 3-alkyl-4-methylamino, 3-alkyl-4-phenylamino and 3-alkyl-4-arylidenamino-4,5 dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones with some of nitrating and brominating agents were investigated. Thus 18 new compounds were synthesized and 11 known compounds were obtained via different routes. IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR and partly UV spectral data of the new compounds are presented.
