Abstract

Intravenous immunoglobulin (IvIg) therapy is used increasingly for different immune-mediated diseases, such as the Guillain-Barre syndryyome. We report the case of a 55-year-old man who developed a cerebral infarction 2 days after completion of treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin for Guillain-Barre syndrome.
