Abstract

In recent years in the fields of bioinformatics, DNA sequencing has been emphasized in order to find solutions to genetic disease research, identification and problems of biochemical fields. DNA samples from different patients for disease detection and resolution diseased genes were estimated by comparison with DNA of healthy individuals, drug development studies used in treatment are also carried out. Errors during reading of DNA sequences, excessive cost in comparison and time consumed have necessitated new work in this area. In this study, it was attempted to find the original sequence of DNA by comparing the DNA sequences obtained by simulating the sorting device named Metasim.
