A 59-year old male patient with a histopathological diagnosis of anaplastic carcinoma of the bladder was admitted to our hospital due to recurrent bladder tumor. Light microscopical and immunohistochemical examination of the new specimen and the re-evaluation of the previous one revealed germ cell tumor of the bladder, consisting of choriocarcinomatous and yolk sac elements.
