Abstract

Background Current reperfusion strategies may fail to achieve optimal tissue perfusion in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). We investigated the effect of clopidogrel plus aspirin on tissue perfusion and coronary flow in infarct patients treated with fibrinolytic agents.
