This research introduces a personalized decision-support system for liver cancer (HCC) screening in cirrhosis patients. Using a novel three-valued logic framework, it classifies patients into three risk categories—High-Priority, Routine, or Observation—to tailor surveillance. The model significantly improves early HCC detection rates while simultaneously reducing the overall screening burden, optimizing both clinical outcomes and resource use.
