The intertextuality is based on the assumption that no text is pure and the search for the very first text is meaningless, and that the texts exist in formal and semantic relations with their antecedents. The discovery and interpretation of these relationship networks between antecedent and consequent texts, which are established in the scope of certain methods, are within the context of intertextuality. Intertextuality, which is a space and context-changing process, is one of the most important concepts that give the textuality characteristic to a text.
