Abstract

In this paper, we introduce two new methods for constructing uninorms on a bounded lattice L. These methods are based on the use of t-norms (or t-conorms) and uninorms defined on specific subsets of L. Unlike existing approaches that mainly rely on t-norms and t-conorms, our methods also use uninorms defined on subsets of L, which provide greater flexibility. We show that the proposed constructions extend several known methods in the literature and generate new classes of uninorms. Furthermore, several examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness and distinct features of the proposed methods.
