Today, depending on the rapid increase in the usage areas of IoT devices, the installation of wireless sensor networks (WSN), communication with each other and network optimization have gained importance. The sensors used in the 6TiSCH network environment are a structure consisting of nodes with limited energy and limited transmission range. In order for these networks to work with stability and performance in various applications, routing processes are carried out with the RPL protocol within IETF 6TiSCH. In more than one IoT network in the same geographical environment, since the nodes are located without knowing their neighbors, they need to join it by choosing a root node suitable for them in the network. Due to problems such as packet loss in the network, nodes may have to change their root node selections, and the efficiency of the network decreases due to such situations. The RPL protocol is contained in IETF 6TiSCH. In this direction, as a solution approach; With the algorithm developed with the RPL infrastructure, in order to ensure the correct and dynamic management and optimization of the nodes, different prefixes and channel assignment will be provided. After the tests, a great improvement was achieved in the node balancing, root node selection and message transmission amounts in the neighboring networks.
