The findings of mature or immature teratoma in metastases of treated testicular germ cell tumors has been extensively described in the literature. Therapy induced sarcomatous changes were also reported. A case of liposarcoma arising in the metastases of embryonal carcinoma after intensive cytoreductive chemotherapy is presented.
