Özet

Lithium has a high constant voltage. Because of this lithium ion batteries have lithium metal or lithium compounds as an anode. Some techniques such as calcination, sol-gel, and hydrothermal process etc. have been used to synthesize lithium-transition metal oxide materials for excellent lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. In this work, the spinel structured lithium titanate was synthesized by a solid state reaction of stoichiometric amounts of TiO2 and Li2CO3. Samples were annealed in a box furnace at 900 degrees C for 4-16h in air and then have been characterized by using XRD and SEM. As a result, we observed uniform morphology.
