Özet

Graphene, invented in 2005 by Novoselov et. al, has superior properties and has found application in various fields including electronics, biomedicine, energy storage devices etc. In this review, we will study graphene and its size-dependent properties. The size control methodologies will be reviewed such as nanoscale cutting, chemical control, chemical synthesis, differential separation, and density gradient separation. The synthesis of graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) is a challenging task in the field of metallurgy. Later, the synthesis, characterization of monolayer Graphene nanobubbles (GNBs) based on the density functional theory (DFT) method will be detailed.
