Özet

1-(o underbar-Carboxyphenyl)-5-(p underbar-hydroxy-o underbar-carboxyphenyl)-3-ferrocenylformazan (HFF) and 1-(o underbar-carboxyphenyl)-5-(p underbar-nitro-o underbar-carboxyphenyl)-3-ferrocenylformazan (NFF) have been synthesized by the addition reaction of the diazonium salts of 2-amino-5-hydroxybenzoic acid, 2-amino-5-nitrobenzoic acid and ferrocenaldehyde-2-carboxyphenylhydrazone. The Ni(II), Pd(II), and Fe(II) complexes of HFF and NFF have also been obtained. The structures of formazans and their transition metal complexes were confirmed by elemental analyses, H-1 and C-13-NMR, IR and UV-VIS. spectral data.
