Abstract

Reactions of 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones with Same acyl chlorides were studied and a series of 3-alkyl-4-acylamino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones with potential biological activity were obtained. The structural assignments of 32 new compounds are based on elemental analyses IR, H-1-NMR and UV spectral data.
