Nowadays, according to the mobility and high speed of vehicles, network connectivity is became less in the Vehicle Ad Hoc Networks (VANET). So, end-to-end connectivity is almost impossible. Then, intermittent connectivity and message losing will be occurred. Store-Carry-Forward method is used in the Vehicular Delay Tolerant Networks (VDTN) to reduce message losing. Storing the message for a long time causes resource overflow. Thus, dynamic resource management by using different message criteria via MCDM will be improved VDTN' performance. In this paper, GABY resource management is proposed. The simulation results such as delivery probability and average latency are illustrated by ONE simulation environment.
