Coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering (CEvNS), being a low-energy Standard Model (SM) process, is a significant probe of the neutrino electromagnetic properties, in particular of the neutrino charge radii. Leveraging orders of magnitude higher CEvNS cross-section, the contributions of the neutrino charge radii to this process can be calculated. In this present work, we consider the effects of the neutrino charge radii on CEvNS induced by solar neutrinos. We present the neutrino charge radii contribution to the CEvNS cross-section and derive new constraints on the allowed ranges of the neutrino charge radii through the analysis of the current CDEX-10 data with solar neutrinos. We compare them with the available limits obtained from other experiments (COHERENT, PandaX-4T, LZ, XENONnT).
