Özet

In this study, a mobile based project depended on client-server communication has developed for the early diagnosis of eye diseases. It is a disadvantage that the technical devices used in the diagnosis of eye diseases are expensive and not portable. For this reason, a mobile based system is proposed in order to make eye examinations more practical and cheap in the study. The estimated pathological regions in the retinal images also indicate that the study retains its validity. We will try to make the system more efficient in the future stages of the project.
