Thirty three years old women was treated with surgery and subsequent radiotherapy for diagnosis of malign fibrous histiosarcom (MFH) on left upper leg. She achived complete remission. 6 years later asymptomatic leukocytosis occured. Analysis using RT-PCR did show bcr-abl transcript. She was diagnosed chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Secondary malignancy like CML is one of the rare late complication of radiotherapy. We report here, a case who is diagnosed CML 6 years later after treatment with radiotherapy.
