The aim of this study is to compute post-tensioning force (PTF) by developed optimization process which supply to perform in cooperation open applicable programming interface (OAPI) properties of SAP2000 and the Jaya algorithm with codes written in MATLAB. For this aim, Nissibi cable-stayed bridge selected as an example. SAP2000 is used to creation of the finite element model (FEM) of selected bridge. All PTF groups obtained after iteration number 24 do not violate the specified design constrain, so each one is a different solution. Since these types of bridges are highly hyperstatic, it is seen that they have more than one solution.
