The aim of this research is to determine whether
reengineering is applied to firms in industrial zone in Turkey, aims of
reengineering projects, key persons in projects and their roles, areas that
projects applied, information technology used in projects and problems that
encountered applying of projects. For this object, as a result of analized inquiry
it is found that the most widespread informatics technology in reengineering
practices is the job flow systems. Beside this, It is seen that the most important
problems encountered in reengineering projects are insufficient financial and
human resources, deficient informatics technology and specialists.
Arastırmanın amacı, organize sanayi bolgelerindeki
isletmelerin değisim muhendisliği calısmalarını uygulayıp uygulamadığını,
uygulanan değisim muhendisliği projelerinin amaclarını, projelerdeki kilit
oyuncular ve rollerini, projelerin uygulandığı alanları, projelerde kullanılan
bilgi teknolojilerini ve projelerin uygulanmasında karsılasılan sorunları
belirlemektir. Bu amacla yapılan anket calısmasının analizinde değisim
muhendisliği calısmalarında kullanılan en yaygın bilisim teknolojisinin
otomatik is akısı sistemleri olduğu ortaya cıkmıstır. Değisim muhendisliği
projelerinde karsılasılan en onemli problemlerin ise insan ve finansal
kaynakların yetersizliği ile bilisim teknolojisi ve uzmanı eksikliği olduğu
gorulmustur.
