Özet

The use of Internet is becoming more and more popular every day. With the conventional network architecture, it is getting more difficult the growing and the evolving needs. In addition, traditional networks have a complex architecture and management difficulties. The concept of Software Defined Networks (SDN) has emerged in order to overcome the aforementioned network problems. Attempting to overcome the limitations of today's network infrastructure, SDN is emerging as a new network approach that separates the control and data plane from each other, and it also enables network programming and responds quickly to changing situations by providing a global view of the network. Load balancer SDN application is on top of the control plane. Load balancers distribute the load among different servers based on several strategies. Random and round robin are some of the strategies for load balancing. In this paper, we have implemented these two strategies that run on top of POX controller and have analyzed with wireshark.
