Abstract

Objectives: We investigated the effects of the orally bioavailable nonimmunosuppressive immunophilin ligand GPI 1046 (GPI) on erectile function and cavernous nerve (CN) histology following unilateral or bilateral crush injury (UCI, BCI, respectively) of the CNs.
