Abstract

In this paper, we describe some approaches to obtaining new types of uninorms on bounded lattices by means of the uninorm determined on their closed subintervals. We also emphasize that these approaches separate from the existing formulations depending on t-norms and t-conorms, thanks to offering new insights into the construction of uninorms on bounded lattices. Moreover, we provide some illustrative examples to clarity new types of uninorms.
