In this article, the relationships between (alpha, beta)-normality properties of the extensions of the minimal operator generated by the first-order differential operator expression in the Hilbert spaces of vector-functions in a finite interval and the variable operator coefficients of this differential operator expression are investigated. Then, the general form of all (alpha, beta)-normal extensions of the minimal operator in these spaces is determined under the constraints obtained for the coefficient operators.
