Abstract

The aim of the research is the self-assessment of the Companybased on (EFQM) excellence model. The methodology is descriptive study. In the present research, the operation of the mentioned company according tocriteria excellence model was self-assessed. In addition, the point of operation of the company in each criterion was tested using T-test in proportion to its credit in that criterion. The results show that the point of operation of the company in each criterion is more than the credit level but two credits of “companies and resources” and “processes” are close to the credit level.
