Özet

The aim of this study is to examine Turkey's attitude towards the migrations and refugee movements it is exposed to since its establishment via Syrian example. Analytical study method was used for this purpose. In this regard, the Syrian crisis which has been going on since 2011, the services provided to Syrians, the primary issues Syrians face and Syrians' asylum request towards Turkey has been included. Besides, Turkey's immigration and asylum legislation which was changed and improved due to Syrians in reply to this requisition was also mentioned. As a result, it can be said that Turkey implements open door policy in the face of migration and refugee movements and on this respect, Turkey has a positive outlook in the manner of universal human rights and undertakes a task which prevents the humanitarian plight further deepening.
