This study utilizes artificial intelligence-assisted topic modeling to comprehensively analyze patient experiences in Turkish health tourism. The research identifies critical factors influencing patient satisfaction and dissatisfaction, focusing particularly on service quality, communication, transparency in pricing, and emotional support. Analysis of patient reviews revealed that positive experiences frequently highlight the professionalism of healthcare providers, high-quality medical treatments, and the availability of multilingual services, which significantly enhance patient comfort and satisfaction. Conversely, negative reviews commonly point to challenges such as language barriers, unclear or opaque pricing structures, and insufficient emotional support during treatment. These findings underscore the importance of adopting a patient-centered, holistic approach to healthcare delivery, emphasizing clear communication, transparent pricing, and emotional care. By offering robust, data-driven insights, the study aims to guide healthcare providers and policymakers in improving service quality and patient experiences. Additionally, this research strengthens T & uuml;rkiye's strategic position in the competitive international medical tourism market and aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to health and well-being and partnerships. Thus, the study makes significant theoretical contributions to the evolving field of health tourism research and offers practical recommendations for developing more responsive, inclusive, and patient-oriented healthcare systems.
