Özet

A case of giant irreducible inguino-scrotal hernia containing ileum, caecum, appendix, ascending colon, transverse colon and greater omentum is presented. To facilitate surgical reduction of viscera to the abdominal cavity, the greater omentum excised. hernia repaired with combination of plug and tension-free onlay prosthetic mesh and the patient discharged uneventfully.
