The temperature dependent energy, mass and some of thermodynamic quantities (free energy, mean energy, specific heat, entropy and magnetic susceptibility) of charmonium and bottomonium have been calculated by solving the radial Schrodinger equation with the extenion Cornell potential at finite temperature using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method. Obtained results accord with experimental data and theoretical results of the previous studies. We have found the spectrum of quarkonia mass strictly decreases at high values of temperature.
