AMAÇ: Araştırmanın amacı, hekim, hemşire ve diğer sağlık personellerinden oluşan sağlık çalışanlarının Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı devlet hastaneleri, toplum sağlığı ve aile sağlığı merkezlerinde (TSM/ASM) çalışan hemşirelerin sorunlarına ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir.YÖNTEM: Araştırma, Trabzon'daki devlet hastaneleri, toplum ve aile sağlığı merkezlerinde çalışan toplam 940 hemşire, 389 hekim ve 395 diğer sağlık personeli ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, demografik özelliklerle ilgili sekiz soru, hemşirelerin sorunları ve çözüm önerilerine yönelik açık uçlu iki sorudan oluşan anket formu ile toplanmıştır.BULGULAR: Hastanede çalışan hemşirelerin %19'u öncelikle döner sermayeden izinli ya da raporlu günlerde yararlanılmamasını, hekimlerin %14'ü maaş ve zamların düşük olmasını, diğer sağlık personelinin %14'ü döner sermayenin sağlık personeli arasında adil dağıtılmamasını, toplum sağlığı merkezi ve aile sağlığı merkezindeki hemşirelerin %31'i, hekimlerin %32'si ve diğer sağlık personelinin %12'si maaş ve zamların düşük olmasını hemşirelerin sorunları arasında belirtmişlerdir. SONUÇ: Tüm sağlık personeli, hemşirelerin ücretlendirilme, yönetim ve yasal düzenlemelere ilişkin sorunları olduğunu belirtmiştir.
INTRODUCTION: The purpose of the study was to determine the views of health personnel including physicians, nurses and other health workers regarding the problems of nurses working in public hospitals, community health and family health centres (TSM / ASM) affiliated to the Ministry of Health.METHODS: This study was conducted with 940 nurses, 389 physicians and 395 other health personnel in all who were working either in public hospitals or community health and family health centres in Trabzon. Data were gathered with a questionnaire form consisting of 8 questions related to demographic features and 2 open-ended questions about nurses' problems and solutions for these problems.RESULTS: Nineteen percent of the nurses working in the hospitals priorly stated that they could not benefit from the working capital on their off- days, and sick-leave , while 14% of the physicians explained that the salary and its increase were insufficient. Still 14% of the other personnel stated that the working capital was not distributed fairly among health personnel. In community health and family health centres, 31% of the nurses, 32% of the physicians and 12% of the other health personnel indicated that the salary and its insufficient raise were among the problems of the nurses.CONCLUSION: All health care providers stated that nurses had problems regarding their payment, institution management and legal regulations.
