Introduction: It is important determination of blood alcohol for a patient especially during traffic accidents. If he or she does a traffic accidents during alcohol effect, insurance agent will not pay any money or automobile because of mixed traffic insurance policy of motor vehicles. In this case we determine, investigate and discuss about these reports.
