The title molecule, [Cu-2(H2N2O2)(4)(H2O)(2)], possesses a center of symmetry and contains two almost planar eight-membered central rings which are nearly normal to each other. Molecules are linked by O-H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network.
