Özet

Neutrinos elastically scattering off atomic electrons offer a unique opportunity to probe the Standard Model (SM) and beyond SM physics. In this work, we investigate an additional massive $Z'$ vector boson associated with a new $U(1)'$ gauge symmetry through elastic neutrino-electron scattering (E$\nu$NS) induced by solar neutrinos in dark matter direct detection experiments.  Accordingly, we consider the $U(1)_{B-L}$, $U(1)_{B-3L_e}$, $U(1)_{B-3L\mu}$, and $U(1)_{B-3L\tau}$ models. These models are anomaly-free and play a role as a possible explanation of neutrino mass. They differ in the charges of the fermions, which determine their contributions to E$\nu$NS of the interactions mediated by the $Z'$ vector boson. The new physics effects are studied by embedding each model into the SM process using solar neutrino flux. We analyze the latest data from XENONnT and the PandaX-4T (Run0 and Run1 datasets) experiments. We derive new constraints on the coupling-mass plane of these models. We also compare our results with other limits derived from various terrestrial and astrophysical experiments. We observe that our results may improve the current bounds obtained from previous studies on these models.
