There are more than hundred thousand immovable cultural assets/heritages in Turkey such as inns, bathhouses, covered bazaars and mosques. It is known that there are some slums and illegal structures in the covered areas which are regulated with Conservation Development Plans. According to the plans, constructions are not allowed or limited generally. For the better management of these areas, some data such as ownership data of the immovable assets in these areas and other information such as real estate tax values, market values and building types should be known. For example, an object-oriented geographical database was developed for 40 immovable cultural assets selected in Trabzon city of Turkey. By this way, a model was established in accordance with Land Administration Domain Model. Costs of acquisition are analysed thanks to the GIS database. It is predicted that the study may be improved on a web basis for all immovable cultural assets.
