Imprimitive action of the normalizer of Gamma(0) (N) and suborbital graphs

Özet
In this paper we derive some results from the action of the normalizer of Gamma(0) (N) in PSL2(R) on the extended rational set Q U {00}. Also we give some circuit conditions for the suborbital graphs for this normalizer.
