Özet

This paper presents the results of a karyological analysis of 14 species of Alchemilla L. collected from SW Europe (Spain and French Pyrenees). About 75% of the analyzed species have chromosome numbers 2n = 95-136. A few species have lower chromosome numbers. The chromosome numbers of 13 species are presented for the first time.
