Extension of the Known Range of Cyrtopodion scabrum in Southeastern Anatolia (Türkiye)

Özet
Abstract: The northernmost locality record of the Rough Bent-toed Gecko (Cyrtopodion scabrum) from the Yenişehir District of the Diyarbakır Province of Türkiye was provided in the present study. The new location record expanded the distribution range of the species approximately 100 km northward from its closest known locality (Mardin). Data based on meristic pholidolial characters, metric measurements, and color-pattern features of the specimens from Yenişehir were given in detail and compared with data given in the previous literature.
