The study is about hyper G-matrices. These matrices are enclosed in G-matrices. The Escort element is the cornerstone of the Poloid structure. At the same time, the escort element is also important for these matrices. This property arising from the multiplication of matrices is AB = CD for matrices A, B, C, D. This equation is contributed to the definition of Hyper matrices. The definition of G-matrix and both of these equations are analyzed together. Detailed results are obtained. In this study, some properties of hyper G-matrices are investigated. For a non-singular matrix A, A = BAC is written. Also, this matrix A is also written as A^{−T} = BAC. New features are obtained by taking the diagonal matrix of matrices B and C. This expression of a matrix is allowed the definition of Hyper G-matrices. Some properties of diagonal matrices which are factors of a regular matrix are studied.
