Abstract

In this study the properties of Braille coding is touched on and computer analysis and synthesis of this coding concept are emphasized. Code-character transformation of Braille coding is examined and Optic Braille Recognition system (OBR) is achieved. Including bounded transformation, 96% of success for first grade is achieved as a result of optical reading or Braille codes, also different approaches are suggested for Turkish Braille coding.
