5. Uluslararası Yeraltı Kazıları Sempozyumu ve Sergisi, İstanbul, Türkiye, 5 - 07 Haziran 2023, ss.397-402
The first known production in the Zonguldak
Basin started in 1848 on behalf of the Hazine -i Hassa. Production has been
carried out by various individuals and organizations over the years, and after
the establishment of the General Directorate of Türkiye Taskömürü Kurumu with
the Decree No. 96 in 1983, production activities have continued under the roof
of this institution until today. As a result of various feasibility studies
carried out before November 2016, it was aimed to comply with the
semi-mechanized support system of the land rules (geological and mechanical
properties) of the region. In these places, in November 2016, the mechanized support
system was first applied on the 3rd January half-ground. With the application,
successful results were achieved in the 3rd January region and similar systems
were established in other places where application was possible in the
establishment. The semi-mechanized support system can be used in ways that are
not suitable for fully mechanized excavation. It provides various advantages by
providing flexible working opportunities. The application for this purpose is
to examine the new semi-mechanized fortification system and to provide
informative guidance about the system to our colleagues working in the mining
industry.
