Abstract

This study is the first attempt which provides information regarding the organic geochemical, biomarker and petrographical characteristics of the Eocene coal deposits found in the Yeniceltek, Eskiceltek, Armutlu (Amasya), Aspiras (Kastamonu) and Salipazari (Bolu) fields in the northern part of Turkey.
