Özet

The purpose of current work-in-progress paper is to offer an overview of reverse knowledge transfer (RKT) dynamics in cross-border acquisitions undertaken by emerging economy business groups (EMBGs). We aim to focus on home country factors and other specific characteristics of business groups based on Turkey and analyse if those differences tend to influence RKT from their acquired foreign subsidiaries or not. The current paper presents summary of main factors based on literature review which can potentially influence this aspect.
