High entropy alloys represent an innovative and intriguing area in materials science. The potential of these alloys is a great source of hope for expanding the boundaries of traditional materials and creating new opportunities in various application areas. In this study, the elements Fe, Cr, Cu, Ni and Al were used for the high entropy alloy. Each of them was used in the proportion of 20 wt%. The powders were mixed in a high energy planetary ball mill for 1 hour to 25 hours. The alloying process was carried out under argon atmosphere and a 5:1 ball to powder ratio was used. In addition, 10 mm diameter tungsten carbide balls and 400 rpm mixing speed were used. During the alloying process, 2 wt% methanol was added to the system as a process control additive to prevent the adhesion of powders to the hopper and balls and most importantly to keep the alloying system under control. During the alloying process, samples were taken at the end of 1, 2, 5, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 hours and morphological examination was performed in scanning electron microscope and elemental analyses were performed in EDS device. X-ray analyses were also performed for the chemical analysis of each sample at the end of 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 hours.
