Recipe History Katip Korkmaz - Turkey While it is known as ‘Kabarcık’ among the local people in the Black Sea region, it is also called Lokma, Lokum, Tulumba in different regions, depending on the differences in the way it is made and the ingredients used. It is equivalent to the Lokma dessert but larger in shape.
