Abstract

Microorganisms found in the living environment and in the human body, especially in the intestinal flora, mutate for various reasons and create new species by differentiating in one or more features. The new species may be a threat for the living or organisms in the vicinity. Bioinformatics-metagenomic studies conducted in recent years due to the importance of determining the species in the concerned environment. With the rapidly developing technology, the genes in an environment are gathered, stored and processed by the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). Although NGS sequencing is cheap and fast, there is still a huge reading error rate which yields up to 5%. In this study, the DNA sequences of the close type bacteria were read by simulating NGS devices working principle and erroneous readings were eliminated and species found in the medium were detected.
