Abstract

In2O3-Co3O4 thin films were prepared onto both glass and ITO substrates at 400 degrees C by using spray pyrolysis techniques. The structural analysis revealed that the produced In2O3-Co3O4 films have a cubic form. The electrochemical performances of the In2O3-Co3O4 film electrodes were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry. It has been found that the capacity changes with indium oxide adding in the synthesized thin films. The photocatalytic activities of the films were observed with the degradation effect of methyl blue.
