Abstract

This paper is about divisibility of elements in the q-commuting matrix. The author generalizes Lucas theorem. The divisibility condition is given for some special polynomials. If the power is prime, the necessary condition is analyzed. She obtains new results for the middle three digits (MTD) and new investigations for the block matrices of the q-commuting matrix under some conditions
