Abstract

Study did investigate the importance of storage time on egg external and internal characteristics. Effect of days of storage was statistically significant on egg broken weight and egg weight loss (P < 0.001). The egg weight loss increased with the increasing of days of storage. Storage of 0 to 35 days did not affect shape index, egg shell thickness, shell weight and shell ratio (P > 0.05).
