Özet:Bu tezde esas amacımız modüler grubun Q genişletilmiş rasyonel sayılar kümesi üzerindeki hareketi göz önüne alınarak, ? _0 (n) yardımı ile oluşturulan bloklar vasıtası ile ? için elde edilen alt yörüngesel graflarda kenar, bağlantılık, üçgen olma ve grafların orman olma özellikleri ile özel bir kongrüans alt grubu olan ? _0^0 (n) nin alt yörüngesel grafları hakkında detaylı bilgi vermektir. Birinci bölüm olan giriş bölümünde, daha sonraki bölüm için kullanılacak temel bilgiler verildi. İkinci bölümde ? modüler grubunun üzerinde hareketi ile oluşan alt yörüngesel graflar etraflıca ele alınıp ve F_(u,n) nin üçgen içerme şartı ve orman olma şartları verildi. Ek olarak ? modüler grubunun kongrüans alt gruplarından olan ? _0^0 (n) grubunun alt yörüngesel grafındaki devreler, bağlantılılık şartları ortaya konuldu. The purpose of the thesis is to give enough information on suborbital graphs for the modular group by means of the cougruence subgroup ? _0 (n) and the action of ? on the extented rational numbers Q ? for getting blocks and furthermore, it is to reveal the properties of connectedness, disconnectedness, being triangles and forests of the suborbital graphs and to establish detailed information for the suborbital graphs for the cougruence subgroup ? _0^0 (n). In the first chapter, we give some basic definitions and theorems for the subsequent work. In the second chapter, the suborbital graphs obtained by the action of modular group ? on the extended rational numbers Q ? are given in detail. And the conditions of the suborbital graphs to be forests are given. And finally the suborbital graphs for the congruence subgroup ?(n) are examined and their connectedness, disconnectedness are given.
